Mindful meditation has helped me get through the pain of physical illness and bereavement and feel 'at ease' with life . I am now taking the first steps to train as a practitioner. In my opinion, Mindfulness is a simple & yet powerful way of finding a way to 'live alongside' physical and emotional pain and stress and continue to live life fully and move towards recovery - it should be made available to anyone who needs it.

Right here, right now you are literally having the time of your life. It should be enJOYed not wasted on worry about what might have been or what could happen. It is possible to be present! I am a Healer and use such techniques with clients. If you want to stop the world and get off, try these methods instead!!!!

Having suffered from anxiety and depression and been on tablets for years i have recently started reading 'The Mindful Way through Depression ' and i find it brilliant..im sure with further guidance in mindfulness i will finally be able to see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel.I believe strongly that this is the way forward for mental health sufferers like myself

As a health professional I would like to be able to use this as a valuable tool with my patients, their carers and myself! It should also be taught to our children in school- what a difference that could make.

I finally see a way forward that doesn't involved tablets. I was lucky enough to find out about 'Mindfulness' through a referral from my GP and I am now getting the help and support I need :-)

I have just begun mindfulness based cognitive therapy. After years of struggle I can see already that this is going to work. At last I can begin to untangle my thoughts.
