I just took part in an eight weeks french course this winter. I was not the best of students. But I keep trying. And the training has already helped me a lot through difficult family events. And kept me positively investing in the present of life.

I have suffered anxiety for many years. I now have poor physical health which worries me after several surgeries. my frien is now suffering arthritis so cannot help me as before and i cannot help her much either. I have tried cbt but it does not work for me.

I stumbled across a MBSR course six months ago when I was desperately looking for help after a relationship break-up. It has transformed my life. Within days I was seeing my thoughts - and therefore my world - differently. I now have clarity, energy and calm, see problems quite differently to before, and relish my nourishing daily meditation. I firmly believe absolutely everyone can benefit from Mindfulness. If you can't find a course, read books on the subject - they can be enormously helpful.

has try'd overcoming the problem which holds me back socially, personally and academically. Its something iv try'd forgetting about and moving on from, that hasn't worked. frustration builds when I cant put myself across in a clear manner, this has had a knock on affect on my self-esteem. Stress and anxiety overshadow a simple to the point answer, affecting the way I speak and my performance in most day to day things. Would like to know how to take part in MBSR sessions?

my mind is obbsessive about the past and the future and i have to start practising mindfulness techniques because i have begun to realize that the present moment isnt all that bad in fact its great and joy and peace can arize in it, and i cant even relax because of my mind being in the past and worried about the future its got so bad its making me very ill .
